<aside> 🔥 Our mission: The EAC strives to co-create a new narrative for how health advocates coalesce around health advocacy and equity in the state of Missouri. As a result of radical collaboration and cooperation, the EAC relentlessly pursues the elimination of health inequities in Missouri.

Through radical collaboration and cooperation, the EAC has developed four primary Pillars of Impact.

+ Build Capacity: Cohort members will learn from and about each other and a broad spectrum of stakeholders in the advocacy field so that collaboration can develop.

+ Build Power: Cohort members will design an innovative organizing, communications, and collaboration model to be applied when mobilizing stakeholders to advocate for change.

+ Shift Power: Cohort members will clarify and begin operationalizing a vision for philanthropy and EAC organizations that redistributes power to impacted communities and the groups that work with them.

+ Share Power: Cohort members will identify and prioritize action on equity, advocacy, and policy items among EAC members.
